A view proffered by cognitive psychology, strongly suggests that through the act of information retrieval, an individual’s learning is greatly improved and as Catholic youths we are constantly learning about our Faith every single day, hence Quiz sessions can aid in our endeavour.

In a bid to ensure that the boredom induced by the current regulations and also to ensure that as students we learn more about our Faith in a fun as well as interactive way, the Sunday Night Quiz session was introduced.

Quiz sessions generally involve retrieval practice on the part of the individual , or thinking back to information previously learnt and bringing it to mind. Quiz sessions also help individuals to identify what it is they know and what they do not know. This will then aid an individual to research more on the grey areas and hence gain more knowledge in the process.
